Gosh I am really bad with this blog! I am way better with my Childrens Nest blog! I need to be better with this one!
Well....... I have been busy de-cluttering my house lately! I read an AWESOME article in the January issue of BH&G and it really has inspired me to scale down and really think before I buy something! Wow can I tell you how good it feels to get rid of things?? I LOVE IT!! I think I have a, what I call "impulse buying" problem. I never spend a ton of money in fact I always buy cheap but I get sucked in to buying multiples of what I see, for future presents or future somethings and then I forget what I have! I think it is crazy! I dont have the space to house all of these things I come home with! Sooooooooo I have been trying to stay home more and avoid all the SALES everywhere! But I also have been trying to come up with things that I can make homemade with the things I already have on hand. I am going to be creative this year, I am determined! I love starting the new year with new ideas and resolutions!! How about you??

ooooo, save that article for me! I am the same way, I LOVE to throw/give stuff away and declutter...I hate clutter! We have packed SO much of our stuff, and it feels SO good to have such simple, minimal stuff space! Your house is SO cute and I am sure you are making it look fantastic! And, I swear decluttering the house also declutters the brain.
I put away all my Christmas stuff including the tree and outside, dusted and had Emily vaccumn the whole house. It is very bare right now :( I need to do something on my dinning room buffet it is naked. I am going to really miss the sparkle that all the Christmas lights brought into the house.
When are you coming out here?
I am trying my hardest to ignore the sales, too! I will distract myself by getting rid of all the EXTRA we've accumulated and donating it.
